Currently, BMF is looking to hire a field program officer in Dodoma.

Positions (2) Field Program Officer

Reports to: Zonal Office Coordinator

Directorate: Programs and Business Development

Duty Station: Mbeya – Tanzania

Contract Type: Full time

Roles and Responsibilities

aid BMF employees and consultants in carrying out program activities as planned
At the regional and LGA levels, plan and coordinate actions and events.
Implement regional interventions, performance management, and HR planning in the LGAs.
Participate in the LGAs’ performance management, HR planning, and retention initiatives.
provide guidance on enhancing HR systems to regions and LGA Coordinate with the LGA focal point on technical HR interventions and the region
Examination of the health workforce in situ physically.
Coordinate with the LGA focal point on technical HR interventions and the region
Gather information on HR evaluation and monitoring.
Visit partner organizations and important stakeholders, gather data in accordance with M&E requirements, and input it into the systems
Prepare human resource and M&E-related monthly and quarterly reports.
Health report every month

Competencies & Experience

A social science or similar field bachelor’s degree.
A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the LGA level of delivering HR-related technical interventions or mentorship for donor-funded government programs.
