DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

I The employees must complete a Master’s Degree training program because this is a training position;

ii)to take a pedagogy introductory course if they have never taken one before;

iii) To shadow senior members, including participating in tutorials, lectures, and seminars, as well as receiving hands-on instruction;

iv)To lead workshops, seminars, and practicals;

v) To aid with outreach, consulting, and research projects;

vi)To carry out any additional responsibilities that the appropriate authorities may assign

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Community Development, Public Administration, Sociology and Rural Development Planning with a GPA of at least 3.8 or above.
